Managing Your Account

Learn how to manage your Lookify account, including viewing your current subscription plan, upgrading your plan, and canceling your subscription when needed.

Accessing Your Account Settings

To manage your account settings, subscription, and billing information:

  1. Log in to your Lookify account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Account
  3. Look for the "Manage Account" button in the account section

Viewing Your Current Plan

You can easily see what subscription plan you're currently on by visiting your account page:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Account
  2. Look for the "Current Plan" section
  3. Here you'll see your active plan details, including:
    • Plan name (Free, Starter, or Professional)
    • Some subscribers will have legacy subscriptions, named (Premium, Premium+)
    • Monthly credit allocation
    • Plan features and limits

Upgrading Your Subscription

To upgrade from Starter to Professional plan (or any other plan upgrade):

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Account
  2. In the "Current Plan" section, look for upgrade options
  3. Click on the upgrade button for your desired plan
  4. Your new plan will be active immediately after payment confirmation

Pro Tip

When you upgrade your plan, you'll immediately get access to the new plan's features and credit allocation.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your Lookify subscription, you can do so easily through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Lookify account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Account
  3. Click the "Manage Account" button
  4. You'll be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page
  5. On the customer portal, you can:
    • Cancel your subscription
    • Update payment methods
    • Download invoices
    • View billing history

Important Notes About Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access to all paid features until your subscription expires
  • Any unused credits will be lost when your subscription ends
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires
