Billing & Payments

All Lookify payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading global payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. Your payment information is never stored on Lookify servers and is handled securely by Stripe.

Accessing Your Billing Information

To view your billing details, payment history, and manage your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Lookify account
  2. Click on "Account" in the upper right-hand corner dropdown menu
  3. Click on the "Manage Subscription" button

Don't see the "Manage Subscription" button?

If you don't see a "Manage Subscription" button on your account page, the account you are logged into does not have an active subscription.

You can confirm your subscription status by looking at the "Current Plan" text displayed on your account overview card. If it shows "Free" or doesn't display a paid plan name, you don't have an active subscription on this account. Learn more about managing your account.

Being Charged But Don't See a Subscription?

If you're seeing charges from Lookify but don't see an active subscription in your account, you may have signed up with a different email address. Here's what to do:

  1. Check your email inbox: Search for a welcome email or signup confirmation email from Lookify. This will show you which email address was used to create the account.
  2. Try logging in with different emails: If you have multiple email addresses, try logging in with each one to find the account with the active subscription.
  3. Contact support: If you still can't locate your subscription, please contact our support team with the following information:

Information to include in your support request:

  • The full name of the cardholder as it appears on the card
  • The type of card or payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Cash App, etc.)
  • The last 4 digits of the card used to make the payment
  • The date of the last purchase or charge

Using the Subscription Management Portal

When you click the "Manage Subscription" button, you'll be taken to a secure billing portal hosted by Stripe. This portal allows you to manage all aspects of your subscription in one place.

Current Subscription

At the top of the portal, you'll see your current subscription details including:

  • Your current plan name (e.g., Starter, Professional)
  • The monthly price you're paying
  • Your next billing date
  • The payment method being used for renewals

From here, you can also update your subscription to change to a different plan, or cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to continue.

Payment Method

The Payment Method section displays your card on file, including the card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), the last 4 digits, and the expiration date. You can:

  • Update your payment method: Click the edit icon or "Add payment method" to add a new card or change your default payment method
  • Add backup payment methods: Add additional cards in case your primary payment method fails

Billing Information

This section shows your billing details including your name, email address, and billing address. Click "Update information" to make changes to these details. Keeping this information accurate ensures you receive all billing-related communications.

Invoice History

At the bottom of the portal, you'll find your complete invoice history showing:

  • The date of each charge
  • The amount paid
  • Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
  • The plan associated with each invoice

You can click on any invoice to view more details or download a PDF receipt for your records or expense reporting.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so from the Stripe billing portal by clicking the "Cancel subscription" button. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
