Remove a Phone Number from Lookify:
How it works
Fill out the form above to have a phone number record removed from Lookify. The number will not appear in any future results pages and will be removed from past records. A valid email is required to receive a verification link. You must submit the number you wish to remove and enter the verification code you recieve via email to fully remove the number from our database.
We only will use your email address to send you an email to verify your request to opt out. We will not sell the email address that you provide as part of the opt-out process, or use it for any other purpose, without your prior consent.
