Understanding Lookify Credits
Lookify credits are the currency that powers your searches and access to our phone number intelligence platform. This article explains how our credit system works and how to make the most of your subscription.
What are Lookify Credits?
Credits are the units used to access Lookify's data. Each type of search or API call requires a specific number of credits, giving you flexibility in how you use the platform.
How Credits Work
- Variable credit costs: Different search types require different amounts of credits. Free searches do not cost any credits, while premium searches or any of our API calls might use multiple credits depending on the type of search performed.
- Monthly allocation: Starter plans include 250 credits per month, while Professional provides 4000 credits monthly. Credits are automatically refreshed on your billing date.
- Credit rollover: Unused credits from your monthly allocation do not roll over to the next billing cycle, so it's best to use them within your subscription period.
- Additional credits: If you run out of credits before your next billing cycle, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time without changing your subscription.

Managing Your Credits
You can view your current credit balance and usage history in your dashboard under the "Credits" section. This helps you track how you're using the platform and plan for future needs.
Need more credits?
If you find yourself consistently using all your credits before your renewal date, consider upgrading to a higher tier plan for better value or purchasing additional credit packs.
